Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using HueLog, HueLink, or the Hue Suite website (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and MLTP TRADING LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (Registration: HE 376839, VAT: CY10376839B), with registered address at Nikou Kavvadia 1, Nicosia, 2311, Cyprus.

2. Description of Services

Hue Suite provides cloud-based salon management software consisting of:

• HueLog: Color formula tracking, client management, inventory management, and analytics
• HueLink: Appointment scheduling, online booking, POS checkout, and client communications

The Services are provided as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and are accessible through web browsers and as Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).

3. Account Registration

To use the Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide a valid email address
• Create a secure password
• Provide accurate and complete information

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Pricing

Some features require a paid subscription. Current pricing is displayed on our website and within the Services. Prices are in Euros (€) and are subject to applicable VAT.

4.2 VAT

VAT is charged based on your country of residence in accordance with EU VAT rules. For Cyprus-based customers: 19% standard rate. For Greece-based customers: 24% standard rate. Other EU countries: applicable local VAT rate.

4.3 Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods. When your trial ends, you will not be charged unless you actively subscribe. Trial availability and duration may change at our discretion.

4.4 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date until you cancel.

4.5 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

4.6 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page in the application or via the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• Your data remains accessible for 30 days after expiration, after which it may be deleted
• No cancellation fees or exit charges apply

4.7 Refunds

Beyond the 14-day withdrawal period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at info@mlcygroup.com for refund requests.

5. Your Data & Responsibilities

5.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Services. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content, including client records, formulas, appointments, and business data.

5.2 Data Controller Responsibilities

When you store personal data about your salon clients in our Services, you act as the Data Controller under GDPR. You are responsible for:

• Having a lawful basis to collect and process your clients' personal data
• Obtaining appropriate consent from your clients
• Informing your clients about how their data is used
• Responding to data subject requests from your clients

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including the software, design, logos, and documentation, are owned by Hue Suite and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose during your subscription.
